Owner Page (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a web application that helps property owners track their properties, work records, tasks, vendors, and related documents. Our website address is https://ownerpage.com.

Account information. When you create an account, our authentication provider collects your name, email address, and login credentials so we can identify you and secure your account.

Content you provide. We store the information you enter into Owner Page, including properties, work records, tasks, vendor and supplier details, notes, and any files you upload such as receipts, invoices, warranties, and photos.

Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects the details needed to process your payment. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Usage and technical data. Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you use Owner Page, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and log data, which helps us operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use your information to provide and maintain Owner Page, authenticate you and keep your account secure, process subscriptions and payments, send you service-related communications such as task reminders and account notices, respond to your support requests, and improve and protect the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content you store in Owner Page for advertising.

We share personal data with a limited set of trusted service providers who process it on our behalf solely to operate Owner Page:

Authentication is handled by Kinde, which manages account sign-up, login, and credentials.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe.

Transactional and reminder emails are sent through Mailgun.

Application data and uploaded files are hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, including its database and object storage services.

These providers are permitted to use your data only to deliver their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

When you upload images or documents, please be aware that files may contain embedded metadata such as location data (EXIF GPS). Files you upload are stored privately and are accessible to you and others you grant access to within your account.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate Owner Page. When you log in, we and our authentication provider set cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session securely. These cookies are required for the service to function.

We retain your account information and the content you store for as long as your account is active. If you delete content, or close your account, we delete or anonymize the associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

You can access, update, or delete much of your information directly within Owner Page at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to request that we correct or erase it, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
